We cleared around the apple trees today and sprinkled flower seeds on the bare patches.

2nd Litter Pick of 2018
Our 2nd litter pick of 2018 produced less bags! A total of 8 local residents helped out.

Litter Pick
Our annual spring clean of the Inkerman produced this much rubbish! Thanks to all our volunteers and to Chesterfield Borough Council for supplying equipment and picking up the rubbish promptly the day after.

Wassail
It was rather cold and bleak for our annual Wassail on January 14th.
Cock and Magpie Morris did three traditional dances then refreshments with mulled cider, apple juice and cakes. Finally we fired party poppers into the trees and serenaded the trees with the wassail song!

AGM & Wassail
Stormy sunrise over the Inkerman!
We have our postponed AGM on Thursday 4th January followed by the annual Wassail on Sunday 14th.
