Probable Vandalism

The fire brigade attended the park this morning at 6.00am to put out a fire in the 'old' playground. Considerable damage has been done to the climbing net, climbing wall and rubber flooring. We await the council's response.

Inkerman Buzz

We have decided that having run a Buzz for 9 years we need to take a break this year. Funding has become more difficult to obtain which is also a problem for a small organisation.

Noticeboard & Pruning

Today we erected the noticeboard that we obtained from the council. In the next few weeks we will refurbish it. We also pruned the apple trees and in a few weeks will clear the ground around each tree.

Noticeboard & Pruning

Following the Borough Councils removal of community noticeboards that weren't taken over by local groups we have managed to get one given to us.

We have decided to install it near the Manor Drive/Rockingham Close entrance.

Saturday 18th Feb is the installation day at 1.00pm, we'll need to did two holes and set the two uprights in concrete. Once the noticeboard is installed we will repaint it.

The noticeboard is very heavy! Please get in contact if you can help.

We are also going to prune the apple trees so do come along if you can help with that.
